To Build:The top tube is made from a piece of 4" diameter plastic drain pipe.The pipe is made more rigid by cutting two steel 2" x 4" s and wedging them down the length of the pipe (as shown).A hole is drilled in the end of the stud (as shown) to allow the looped end of an eyebolt to be attached on.The threaded end of the eyebolt then protrudes through a hole in the top end and a wingnut holds the top endand top tube together.Each end is built in an identical fashion.
